My 100th picture!, a photo from Leiria, North

Photographer's Note

A stunning beach, typical fishermen houses and steep cliffs over a bright blue sea have made this fishing town become a popular holiday resort, mainly due to its traditional character.
Fishermen can still be seen wearing checkered shirts and black trousers, and their wives seven layers of petticoats: you can watch them mending nets or drying fish on the beach.

O S癃io (the Site), high on a cliff above the town which can be reached by a funicular that climbs 110 metres (120 yards), leads to the tiny sanctuary of the Ermida da Mem鏎ia: according to legend, this was where the Virgin Mary saved a local nobleman, who was chasing a deer, and his horse from falling off the cliff, envolved in a sea mist, in 1182.

Happy 100th to you Ana!

Nice shot with good levels, colors and sharpness. However as Laurent mentioned- the crooked horizon really detracts from from the shot.

Aqui ficam os meus parabens pela centesima foto que espero seja apenas a primeira de muitas centenas.
Muito bonita a atmosfera carregada desta foto e o contraste de luzes por detr嫳 das nuvens produzindo efeitos realmente muito bonitos assim como cores lindas.
Gosto do 'tilt' que deste � foto!:)

Acho que escolheste muito bem a foto para celebrar esta ocoasi緌...est� mesmo muito bonito este c徼 com uns azuis muiuto bonitos e essa risca dourada a separar o c徼 do mar.

Est� muito boa a ideia de fotografar o mar e o c徼. Mostra bem a nossa tend瘽cia para essas coisas. Ficou bonita, com esses dois n癉eis de nuvens separados por um azul cheio de luz. A luz do p皾-do-sol tamb幦 d� um efeito muito bonito. S� gosto menos � da linha de horizonte inclinada. N緌 sou f� de horizontes tortos.

Felicidades por tu 100� foto. Lo celebras con esta bella composici鏮 donde el cielo y sus impresionantes nubes se separan del oscuro mar gracias a la l璯ea del horizonte iluminada por el sol. El punto de vista tan alto es magn璗ico.
S鏊o tendr燰s que controlar la horizontal en tus encuadres para evitar ligeras inclinaciones como aqu�.
A pesar de eso, la foto es muy buena y tiene un buen impacto a la vista.

Impresionante paisaje, has captado una escena de bellos e intensos colores, me gusta como la l璯ea de luz divide el mar y el cielo, una iluminaci鏮 muy interesante y una atm鏀fera misteriosa, como ya te han dicho en las dem嫳 criticas el horizonte hace que la imagen pierda fuerza en la composici鏮, pero solo es un peque隳 fallo que tiene f塶il soluci鏮, gracias por compartirlo.
