THREE GUIDES, a photo from Porto, North

Photographer's Note

In this image we can see three guidance guides for sea travelers.
Jupiter as one of the first and ancestral guides, the church of Senhora da Guia, built in the 11th century, in the center of the image and the red light of the lighthouse indicating the port side to the fishermen of this PortuguEse city at the mouth of the river AVE, Vila do Conde.

J𣎴iter como sendo um dos primeiros e ancestrais guias, a igreja da senhora da guia, construida no S嶰ulo XI, no centro da imagem e a luz vermelha do farol indicando o bombordo aos pesacadores desta cidade portuguesa na foz do rio AVE, Vila do Conde.

Hello Rui,
A beautiful night shot, the warm colours of the church as well as the red light of the lighthouse in the distance stand out well from the dark sky. Jupiter and the clouds are still nicely visible as well.

Ola Rui,
Nice idea to create an essay about the three marine indicators, though I am not sure this was Jupiter up there. Jupiter is hardly seen on naked eyes - I think it was Venus, as checked an astrological chart - currently Venus on Libra at evening hours, perfect match to the scene.
Just my humble contribution.
