Aqueduct of Elvas, a photo from Portalegre, South

Photographer's Note

The construction of the Aqueduct had beginning in the principles of s嶰. XVI, perhaps in 1529. Had to some difficulties, the workmanship stopped some times until in 1571 with king D. Sebasti緌 it was decided to conclude the workmanship. It becomes to stop with the ascent to the throne of Filipe I of Spain . Only in 1620 runs the first water of the Aqueduct inside of the walls of the city of Elvas . The Aqueduct of the Amoreira has an extension of 7054 m . It was inaugurated in day 23 of June of the same year. Of the city the Aqueduct supplies four sources: of the Biquinha, of the Cal蓷dinha, d'el King and of the Municipal Garden. With the restoration of independence in day 1 of December of 1640 and the wars that if had occurred, it sets hypothesis to knock down the Aqueduct to construct to new blockhouses for the defense of city. An order its Majesty the problem was decided and had started the workmanships of maintenance of pipes and repairing of ruins. It was a workmanship of you designated ratio that is admiration reason of how many in they visit them.

A grande angular acentuou o efeito das nuvens e deu uma grande profundidade � imagem.
O processamento est� um bocado puxado e da� resultou aquela tonalidade azul na parte inferior.

sebbene io non amo la distorsione prospettica, in questa foto credo che ci sta bene.
La prospettiva � molto particolare, come il blu della strada in perfetto tono con il cielo, fantasticamente movimentato dalla particolare nuvolosit�.

In breve... una foto particolare e bella da guardare.

This blue sims not very natural but the PP works in this case very well giving a goed bg for the fantastic aquaduct. Realy like the POV choice that creates a nice perspective.
