Photographer's Note
... probably the last in the series
(see/read the beginning of women are from venus and men are from mars here)
Centuries before the martians and venusians got together, they’ve been quite happy living in their separate worlds. Then one day everything changed. The martians and venusians suddenly became depressed. It was this depression that motivated them eventually to come together. Understanding the secrets of their transformation helps us today to recognize how men and women are motivated in different ways.
Men are motivated and empowered when they feel needed. Women are motivated and empowered when they feel cherished. These secrets of motivation are still applicable.
Most men have little awareness of how important is for a woman to feel supported by someone who cares. When a woman is upset she needs to feel she is not alone. She needs to feel loved and cherished. Empathy, understanding, validation and compassion go a long way to assisting her in becoming more receptive and appreciative of his support.
Men don’t realize this because their martian instinct tell them it’s best to be alone when they’re upset. When she’s upset, out of respect he will leave her alone or if he stays, he makes matters worse by trying to solve her problems. He doesn’t instinctively realize that what she needs most is just someone to be there, someone to listen, someone who cares.
He has to listen to her. Even if at first she sounds like blaming him. He has to help her to open up and trust by doing little things for her. To show he cares.
Instead of blaming a man for giving less, a woman can accept and forgive her partner’s imperfections, especially when he dissapoints her. Trust that he wants to give more but he doesn’t know how.

hello teodora
what a beauty and soo much THEA ;) click-clack-a-toonish sound of high-heels hitting the tiles in coordinated dance rhythm... so, this is what venus is like? excellent and stylish b&w shot!
wise words he has said, Dr. John Gray. i guess, i would benefit learning from them, but then again the drag of Mars is soooo strong... ;))
cheers,

Nice shot, at the right time. Good frame and the B&W increase this atmosphere.

Hi Teodora,
A great continuation of your series with this fine black and white. I like the one pair of legs black, one pair white and one pair mixed. Once again cool that you only show the legs in the composition.

Hi Teodora,
Interesting title, very appropriate for the photo, which makes good use of the elegance of those female legs and its differences in tone and texture to produce a very attractive compo.
I think I learnt something important today with your note...
Regards, José.

H Teodora,
I like this serie of yours with those dynamic legs. It lacks sharpness a bit but I guess it adds to the overall dynamic feel. I also like how each pair of leg is different from the other. Come on, clap your hands and move your feet!!!

hello Teodora,
excellent style and graphical image. Well composed with a great dynamism. There are not enough of these kind of shots on TE. I prefer them much more than landscapes etc.

Bonsoir Dora,
I love this one! different tights, different shoes, different legs but real unity in the rhythm (we have the impression to hear it) and in the dance!
Great shot, brava!

Teodora hello,
I met your theme Venus and Mars by these striking beautiful legs. I enjoyed in your gallery a lot. Nice graphical effect with a feminine, aesthetic vertical elegant frame. Nice POV too.

Hi Theodora,
Funny and well managed composition, good timing, excellent choice of black and white. I prefer much more this version n°2 with its sophisticated chic, than the n°1. Well done!

Hi Dora,
Excellent leg shot as well as the other one of yours. And more feminine than mine...
Good composition with three pairs of legs making a triangle that moves on the same rhythm. And yet they look different. B&W was a good chooice.

Are they running away for those three man on top? ;-)
Seems they are running, but knowing you they are probably dancing. although this b&w is not bad, i still have those red dresses in mind, which were dominating the whole scene together with those beautiful stockings.
But...you show Venus legs and Marsian faces, can i get next time a Venus face on my screen? ;-)
Again a very good and strong note Dora...you are good in that, but you already know that.

More dynamism here... I think that I even prefer this one - not a question of colours, but the movement is superb !
Bravo and best regards,

Hi Teodora,
This is a very smart photo!
Firstly, the subject and the crop focusing on the legs is very attractive for the Martian genre, and beautiful legs indeed >:D
Then, the moment of tilt, a natural tilt during the action, adds dyanmism to the presentation.
Three is already an important number in photography (though, i can count five people there, but the other two are almost invisible, so no problem at all).
And the black tiles play great roles in order to spoil the white stagnancy on the floor.
The final touch of black frame is really useful, to sum up the image and balance the white abundancy in it.
Great photo indeed!

Hi Teodora, friend,
I already have seen your women from Venus. And it was not enough. The black and white inspire more the dreams: I can imagine the red inside. I took also the good lesson in your note...
Complimetns for your capacities for choose the right moment and the excellent point of view for yours pictures.
With my friendship

hi dora,
what an eye-catching shot.
I should admit that this not just a perfect artistic shot but a striking "catch"
of the basic instict of ours: the fact that
it s just an image of some legs doesn't
hinder it excite our -at least my :) soul(s)...
compliments,
tesup
p.s.: I welcome all guests from venus
