Spomenik ratnicima u Jovcu.

Pogled na spomenik izginulim mestanima u balkanskim ratovima, koji se nalazi u potre Pravosleavne Crkve u Jovcu, Skupstina opstine Cuprija.
U toku Prvog svetskog rata, veliki broj vojno sposobnog stanovnistva sa prostora Jovca i Dvorice je mobilisan. Mnogi od njih ucestvovali su u slavnim pobedama srpske vojske u Kumanovu, Bitolju, Bregalnici... Takodje, veliki broj njih prosao je Albaniju i boravio na ostrvima Krfu i Vidu. Nazalost, 141 mestanin Jovca i Dvorice izgubio je zivot u ovim bitkama i nije docekao kraj rata.
Njima i izginulim mestanima u balkanskim ratovima, stanovnistvo Jovca oduzilo se podizanjem spomenika u porti crkve (1934/1935. godine).
Na spomeniku je ispisano: "Izginulima u ratovima za oslobodjenje zemlje 19121918. godine. Spomen podizu seljani Donjeg Jovca, Gornjeg Jovca i Dvorice, 1934. godine. Dobrotvori: Jovacka zemljoradnicka kreditna zadruga i Djordje Velimirovic iz Dvorice."

A view of the monument to the locals who died in the Balkan wars, which is located in the vicinity of the Orthodox Church in Jovac, the Assembly of the Municipality of Cuprija.
During the First World War, a large number of able-bodied people from the area of Jovac and Dvorica were mobilized. Many of them took part in the glorious victories of the Serbian army in Kumanovo, Bitola, Bregalnica ... Also, a large number of them passed through Albania and stayed on the islands of Corfu and Vid. Unfortunately, 141 residents of Jovac and Dvorica lost their lives in these battles and did not live to see the end of the war.
To them and the locals who perished in the Balkan wars, the population of Jovac was indebted by erecting a monument in the churchyard (1934/1935).
It is written on the monument: "To those who perished in the wars for the liberation of the country in 1912-1918. The villagers of Donji Jovac, Gornji Jovac and Dvorica erected a memorial in 1934. Benefactors: Jovačka Zemljoradnička kreditna zadruga and Đordje Velimirović from Dvorica."
