Yeah, a classic...but I like it :-) The composition is ideal. The sky and clouds are ideal too. I think your choice for B&W is wise, as it seems that this photo was shot around noon and the light is very strong. The photo has a relaxing mood, which goes very well with the Little Night Music, which is now playing in radio.
The bird flying in the center of the photo disturbs the composition and could have been cloned out. This situation happens sometimes to me as well, that I don愒 spot the tiny bird when shooting the photo or reviewing it on display.
There愀 some ugly noise visible in the darker parts of the upper part of the sky, as if the sky was postprocessed for higher contrast (which lead to higher noise) and subsequently sharpened (which enhanced the noise even more). Or am I wrong?

Hejsan David,
it is curious what the lonely tree becomes human. The deserted and wide landscape provides a wonderful setting for this simple clean image.
