superb back light Sonsoles giving some silhouetted irisations on the people at the FG
Also you were lucky to have these fireflies which add some poetry to the shot

You did capture the magic hour in that amazing location. This light is fantastic. I love the way it illuminates the people on the left.
The composition is very interesting. The columns attracted my attention at first sight, but after, following the light, my eyes were directed to the people seated, feeling that warm sunshine and looking to the left, and it makes me wonder why they were there, what were they talking about?
That's the magic in this picture. Well done.

Hi Sonsoles,

This really is very special, the play of light through the columns and the people enjoying themselves on a perfect evening is one to remember but I think the thing that really makes it is the the insects (I presume) which have been highlighted and I'm sure are the inspiration for the title ?

It is so good to hear from you again, I was wondering what happen. I hope you are well and that all is fine, you are just busy with your life, school, family and friends. Perhaps some travelling too, and enjoying life, and have not time for TE. It is great to see you back.
This photo is beuatiful. I love the golden light that shined through the collumns onto the grass where people are having a picnic with family and friends. Such a warm and cozy feeling. I wish you could have include more of the people instead of having some of the cut off and facing out. I like that you can even see little dust where beam of sunlight.

Hello Sonsoles,
I like shot with fantastic light, this one should be one of them.
You have captured it softly and it must not have been easy. Your timing was perfect with those people on the left like an echo to the peaceful one on the right. If I were you I will have probably deleted the other heads we can see between the columns to make it stronger but it is perhaps cheating...

Hi Sonsoles,

Strong back light situation very well captured. The sky is somewhat over exposed but don't matter here.
One person, probably the mother, is partly cropped away which is a slight minus.
Anyway strong photo!
