Photographer's Note

Back from a 5 days photo trip on Green Spain coast, from Basque Country to Asturias, a place with incredible seascapes and many nice subjects for photography.

First stop on Sakoneta cliffs between Zumia and Debia. The place is in the middle of the longest flysch in Europe. A flysch is semenditary rocks that is deposited in a deep marine facies. They are then tilted by tectonics, the birth of Pyr幯嶪s mountains in the case of the Basque Country. Flyschs are a great subject for photography as you will see in my next posts !

What a beautiful photo of these cliffs. The shallow water together with the threatning sky produces lovely colours. A nice composition with a very good sense of depth. Lovely nature scene:) TFS.

Hello Olivier, Impressive seascape, with the high cliffs and rather ominous sky. anyway, it must be a nice walk on this path near the cliffs. Stunning composition when seen in large format.

wow, quite striking indeed! At first I thought this was taken from somewhere in Iceland.

you've got everything, dark brooding skies, cliff edges, height, depth, ocean...i'm very jealous haha.
wonderful viewpoint and overall exposure. wish I was here to see it in person

Lovely sharp and soft of colours.
Also a pleasant panorama view about the sea.
Nice depth picture also nice subject.
Composition and presentation are excellent.

Difficile de passer devant cette photo sans s'arr皻er un peu pour l'admirer de plus pr鋊. J'aime la couleur de l'eau qui contraste parfaitement avec le gris fonc� des nuages.

j'ai vu ailleurs la photo prise � priori au meme endroit d'Herv� et lui n'avait pas du tout de soleil, je crois que je prefere celle-ci avec cette lumiere si particuliere....j'attends la suite avec impatience...
