Hidden door, a photo from Vastmanland, Svealand

Another picture from the old iron works in Engelsberg. I found this almost hidden door on the side of the furnace building in my last posting. I like how it melts into the wall as there are so few things that reveals it.

The color is of course the traditional iron ocra from the copper mine in Falun.

Hey Ebbe, nice to see you back!
Here is that famous red colour again. Nice composition, and you're rigth about that melting into that wall.
Like Fusun I thought there was a slight tilt, but the planks are all straight.

Very intense colour Ebbe. I like the combination of textures in your picture. The door looks rather small in this picture when I take the dimensions of the wooden planks as reference. Is it small or is it an normal sized door?

very good graphics Ebbe...it has been some time I did not get across your pictures and I am happy now..
I like these eye cheating angles : even though all the wood are upright 90deg C, it looks like tilted because of the stone wall's shape..isn't this amazing ? ..

Nice and clear study of this facade texture with a fine rhythm in the boards and the door. The tree takes well to the sharpening but the stones have some problems, maybe you shoud have masked the stones before applying USM.

Very nice study here, Ebbe. I like the color and strong graphic quality between the vertical lines on the building and the stonework. Super job!
