Photographer's Note
This is a shot of a part of the Fyris river that runs through central Uppsala. At this specific point there is a small waterfall-like drop in level which creates these three close shifts in the current of the water. The main reason that I took this photo is that it is the first scene in the movie Fanny and Alexander, a semi-autobiographical movie by internationally renowned director Ingemar Bergman. In fact, as a child, he grew up just a few blocks away from this point. So I guess the photo is dedicated to him and his film making.

No comments up to now? Wonder... This is a very artistic one, showing some variations of water from absolutely calm and clear to gurgling and quick floating in a high compressed way. I like it very much, Joakim. Well seen and thanks for sharing.

Wow - never seen something like this before (But I have seen the movie) - Great to whatch how the water changes from calm to "moving" - And yes I also got my inspiration from many sources - thanks Joakim - great job.

Nice shot Joakim;
Good choice in subject. Not only do you get diagonal lines, but also 3 different shades of blue, and the 3 different textures to the shot. Nicely spotted!
Cheers!
Dan
