Photographer's Note
Saw this hut and waterfall shortly after descending from a mountain lake called BACHALPSSEE. From the lake you could either walk to a mountain station at First and take a gondola ride down to Grindelwald or you could walk down as I did. The walk down took much more time than indicated on the trail marker. It was already dark when I arrived the village of Grindelwald. A flashlight is a very useful thing to have with you.
This was the last leg of the long walk that started from Schynige Platte. The views from this walk are simply breathtaking all the way. I will always recommend this trail for the Jungfrau region. See more photos from this walk HERE. Have a great week. Cheers.
