Photographer's Note
This is the last segment of an eight hour hike from Schynige Platte to Grindelwald. It is somewhere along a path soon after Bachalpsee (2265 m) in the direction of Waldspitz. Still another two hours to go. Wetterhorn (3701 m) is on the left. Schreckhorn (4078 m) is on the the right (not fully seen here). In between is the Upper Grindelwald Glacier. Didn't see any signs of human occupation in those two huts but they look well maintained.
For more photos of what you can see along this trail please go to Schynige Platte - Faulhorn - Bachalpsee - Waldspitz - Grindelwald Trail. Photos are arranged in proper sequence. More will be added. Hope you like this one.
PS: Time in my exif data is incorrect. It shows the time of my home country (Malaysia). It should read 18:33. At the time this photo was taken I was a bit worried & was in a rush to get down. I wanted to get to the timber line before it got dark. It was dark when I reached the forest level. Fortunately, some guys at a mountain hut showed me an asphalt mountain biking route that goes straight to Grindelwald.

Hi Latiff
Strange that no comments yet on this photo.
I like the framing, but specially the exposure, evne in the shadows I can see details, and the highlights are not OE.
Good work

Hello friend,
I like you, because of your activity and your love in photography. Here we see an attractive landscape! Your information about the terrain is valuable for us who don’t know the place. The creek in the front and those beautiful refuges make the atmosphere stunning. What to say about the background! Thanks for that wonderful image, Latiff.
Warmest regards,
Athanasios.

Hi Latiff,
Again a great view fro this region. Your high viepoint shows more of that shrinking glacier than can be seen from the valley. Good late afternoon light. Shadow area appears a bit grainy, I guess you needed to brighten it.

Hi Latiff,
I particularly enjoyed the gradual change in the colours from the green to the blue as it is most pleasing. You have also placed the diagonals well so as to create the necessary dynamism in this composition. Well done!!
Regards and thanks.
