Another photo from our trip to Kilnsey Park and Trout Farm at Kilnsey in the Yorkshire Dales. It's a nice scenic location, overlooked by an escarpment used for rock climbing, with a large trout lake for fishing, they also farm trout there too.

This view looks across the lake to the old stone cottages, with the escarpment in the background.

A pleasing, nicely balanced image of a fairly typical Yorkshire Dales village. It has been well seen and framed although I don't think the large area of water really adds much to the picture. It is also a little bit flat and consequently some of the detail is lost in the background. I have posted a w/s with very minor work to illustrate what I mean.
