on my way to photograph "falling foss" a local water fall but unable to get there becaues of the snow i noticed these sheep all huddled around a bale of hay feeding as soon as i got out of the car some of them came running to me

I like this one Adrian. The foreground sheep takes our eye to the ones in the background and gives depth to the shot.

Hi Adrian,
It's a pitty that its dark head doesn't contrast with the dark background of the trees, but even so the composition and capture is lovely and I like it.

He can really do with the woolly coat during winter conditions...
Well composed image with interesting subjects, low POV let you get on terms with them, well done!

Hello Adrian,
Great Picture. The Sheep looks so proud, yet so scragly and dirty at the same time... i like the way the other sheep is following on behind him, it makes a good path for the eye towards the other sheep.

I like this one - the sheep fills the frame and the other in the background give context. Its good the way it is looking away so you can see its face more. Not usual to get this close to a sheep! Shame its feet are cropped. The workshop done has improved I think
