Photographer's Note
Cormorant chicks on an 'The Lamb' (an island in the Firth of Forth).
To me they look very prehistoric, but I'm sure their mother loves them.
I like the materials the nest is made of plastic string, bits of plastic pipe and bones as well as the sticks and feathers.
Amazing birds.
I have put a version with more contrast etc in after a note from Mondaychild - let me know if it's an improvement or not
