Photographer's Note

The Black Cullins Mountains dominate the Isle of Skye. They are considered to be the most dramatic mountain range in Britain. There is no doubt why those tall, dark, jagged peaks of the main Cuillin Ridge (the Black Cuillin) attract so many climbers and walkers all year round.

This panorama was taken at dawn - when beautiful first light came out to illuminate the slopes of the distant mountains.

There is a much bigger version on Full Screen - so please have a look and write your comments about it.
