A touch Of Autumn, this wonderful season is upon us.. a photographers delight.. the winds are starting to blow, there is a touch of coolness in the air and the beautiful Autumnal colours are a delight.. This photo was taken at the National Trust location of Stowe while on location with the recent meet of the UK TE Meeting ( Moderators- please note that the people in the image are not members of the TE meet- but complete strangers who kept getting in my image (s)).

What I find fascinating in this image is the depth i have managed ( actually by accident) to obtain with such a large aperture. The focus is actually on the trees and thus the building is not actually sharp- however because it does not have any fine features it does not actually matter. any comments are appreciated

Hello Richard,
This is a fine composition where the beautifull light green trees and lawn are seen through the elegant vault. The two persons add important life to the picture, but it's generally the fine colours and the very pleasant light I admire the most in this picture.

perspective of this colonnade is very nice and brings the gaze towards the beautiful tree-lined path. I like the atmosphere of this picture, so calm and serene, and the presence of people strolling.

Good one! I like the details and textures of the arches and also the good sharpness of the background. The two people calmly walking and the tonalities of the trees really make us feel that Autumn is almost coming.I like it!

des lumi鋨es un peu trop fortes, surtout dans les zones 嶰lair嶪s de soleil, cela efface un peu les couleurs et gomme certains contrastes.
J'aime beaucoup la fra蟃heur apport嶪 par les arbres � l'arri鋨e plan.

What a great shot. Love the perspective, the play of light and shade and the excellent symmetry. Thanks for the well-wishes in the rugby, it's about time we won a game. The young lad I used to baby-sit is playing for the Wallabies (Mark Gerard) so we've got more than the usual reason to be barracking hard.
