This one is surely destined to be a classic. I remember others you've posted from Bushy Park at dawn, and they all surprise me that it's possible to get shots like this in London. The ducks of course are vital to the composition, and you've positioned the sun (or rather yourself!) just right to create a wonderful burst of light. Great work.

A fantastic photo! The sunlight from behind the trees has been masterfully captured. Combined with the fog it produces a stunning image. The ducks add a touch of life - really, the icing on the cake.

This is another impressive masterpiece. The hazy light surrounding the perfectly shaped trees is stunning, the colours and reflections are superb and the three ducks enter the view at the right moment and right place. I painter would cry of envy.

not the usual type of photo from London, but hey, thats a good thing isn't it!

if you're wanting an atmospheric type of photo, then thats exactly what you achieved, looks great in my eyes.
love the way the sunlight tries to burst through the trees, and the fog is icing on the cake.

Hi Kasia - once again, your very best work comes in the mist... perfect spot, with the rising sun blotted out well by the tree, allowing its rays to sneak by. And I love the ducks as a foreground element, leading us right in. Beautiful warm tones and a bit of a minimalist approach, really nicely done!

Hi Kasi,
What I love in this image is the lighting from behind the trees and the beautiful browns and golds the light allows to infuse into the scene. The simplicity of nature's forms and textures are beautifully captured through your lens and in your vision of this scene.

Going through your images I have to ask, what do you do for a living? Your image of North Korea was a shock as that was the first image I have seen of North Korea on the site.

Not a really easy photo to take, but you managed so well. The sunlight coming from behind the tree is magical and the ducks are so well placed. The mist and the colours give it a very special atmosphere. A great photo indeed!
