Photographer's Note

Good Morning Everyone,

One of the delights of living in a village is that you never know what you may see going down the lane; it could be tractors, slurry carts, hay wagons, as well as the normal cars.

Sometimes, we see something which we all enjoy.
This time, it was like quoting 'Mr Forgetful' from the Mr. Men Books! 'There's a sheep in the Lane!"

The sheep were being transferred from one field to another and if the fields are far apart, the sheep have to travel along the village lanes.

On this occasion, I heard the bleating, as the sheep moved past the house but, by the time I had secured my camera and rushed down the path, most of the sheep had already passed.

Luckily there were a few stragglers and I was I was able to photograph them before they became camera shy! They didn't stay around long as the farmer was herding them with his Land Rover!

I hope you enjoyed this photograph, too, Bev :-)
