Photographer's Note

Porthmeor beach looking towards St Ives Head, the promontory at the opposite side of the beach.

St Ives is known for its surf beaches and its art scene.
The seafront Tate St Ives gallery has regularly changing modern art exhibitions focusing on British artists.

In former times St Ives was commercially dependent on fishing, but that industry's decline, the town is now primarily a popular seaside resort.

One extra view in the w/s.

Thanks for looking.
