Photographer's Note
Hello Everyone,
The story of the hungry baby!
It is really important that you check the workshops to gain the full story of the hungry baby starling!
Here, you can see that this nestling is not just waiting for mum, but calling for food! (Sometimes it was possible to see two hungry youngsters, with heads protruding from the tree nest!)
The next two photographs will show the development of the story.
I hope you enjoy this.
I enjoyed patiently waiting to see what happened!
Regards, Bev:-)

Hello Bev,
It's nice to see you returning to this tree. There may be more action in the WS, but this photo has more suspense and makes me wish (with some excitement) for the rest of the story. It's also a neat composition of the leaning tree against a blurred background. All attention is on the hungry baby bird.
Best regards,
Gert

Hello Beverley,
Three photos show in squence how a bird-mum caring for its chicks.
Personally I'd prefer the WS#2 as main post, humbly stated.
Good afternoon,

Hi Bev,
The bird is well placed in the frame. The point of view is showing the details of the hungry baby bird. The light is giving good colors output. Have a nice day.

Hello Beverley,
Great timing for all three photos! In this main post you captured this young starling so well and he looks really angry with his parents for having failed to bring him something tasty sooner. Excellent sharpness as well.

Hello Beverley, three shots that tell a story, my favourite is 'Food at last!'
You are very fortunate to have the birds so close to home, so that you are able to photograph them. The sharp quality is excellent.
We rarely, if ever, see starlings in our garden.
Thanks for sharing.
Kind regards, Jean.

Hi Bev,the first photo of the WS is undoubtedly the most beautiful scene but I appreciate your attempt to create a story obviously starting from the little one waiting. Excellent quality, unfortunately those who love butterflies and dragonflies like me often feel bad about it .. ehhee .. Have a nice evening and thanks,Luciano

Hi Bev,
Yes it was certainly worth to check the workshop photos which I like even more than the main scene. Very interesting picture -I am surprised how very deep the mother puts the food into the throat of the baby. Fantastic quality photos. Very well spotted!

Hi Bev,
excellent, perfect timing to take the view because I imagine the view of this head bird is not permanent ... perfect sharpness and rendering, a good shot of nature, good Ws too, tfs.

Hi Bev
Baby birds do get very demanding for food - you ought to see some large parrot chicks crying out.
A good sequence of the demand and feeding process.
cheers

Hi Bev
amazing how nature has progressed through the Ions...look how hard it is to spot this bird in the tree, almost invisible if not for the yellow beak. Fine captures in the WS's too, perfectly timed. fun shots, something different for sure
cheers
