Hello David,

If this is the result you get with RAW I must try it again. I tried it last summer and gave up (too easily) Excellent composition; I love the juxtaposition of the steep slope and the vertical trees. The light is superb and the sharpness goes on to infinity.

I don't understand - why so little attention?

Standing tall - well, apart from one...

Hi David,
I like the strong diagonal line in your composition! Besides I'm a fan of tree photograph... here I get a lot! Good colours and details in this well composed image...

Hi David,
Amazing textures and hues here - enough to make me again try shooting in raw mode! I like the way you chose your POV, with the almost equal quadrants of steep slope versus sky and trees. The simple hues of brown and beige blend very well together and all is seen with great clarity. There is also good DOF as the eye perceives hills well in the distance. This is an alluring shot that well conveys a sense of depth and dimension with the incredible steep slopes.

Hi David,
I enjoyed the feeling that the trees are sliding down the hill but with each trying to hold back. There is good tension and the colours and tones are amazing. The soft lighting makes this place very pleasing and the scene soothing. Excellent shot here!! All good wishes.
