I entitled this phot Persian Atmosphere because of the architecture if the Mosque (this is Esfahan, central Iran), and because the blurred lady in black looks to me like a sort of mysterious presence.

Hello Stefano,

Definitively, you have a nice serie of photos from Iran. It is even more interesting there are few posts from this country which have a strong cultural legacy.
To be honest, I would have prefered the woman sharp even if I am happy to have it in the frame and I understand your note and point of view: matter of taste :-)

Great to see another shot from your Iran trip, Stefano. This one is very moody, I love the effect of the exposure/blur on the woman, adds yet another touch of poetry to the scene. Nice work!

I like very much your pictures from Iran and this one does not make the exception. I like the sober composition, the brightness of the light on the pillars, the contrast with the dark silhouette, and the movement she creates in this empty mosque... that's peaceful and mysterious. Congratulations!

The lady in black looks mysteriuos like Iran remains mysterious place. Fantastic columns in unusual shape. Superb perspective. i would like to visit ira n but I am not brave enough. Is it safe?
