Masouleh is a historical and tourist city in Gilan province and is one of the functions of Sardar Jangal section of Fooman city. Masouleh is located in the southwestern region of Gilan province, 36 km from Fooman and 60 km from Rasht.
This old lady was weaving products that are part of the handicrafts (Masuleh). She was sitting in front of her house selling woven products. Products such as bath bags, slippers and dolls woven with yarn. I am uploading samples of some of Masouleh handicrafts in the workshop. I had to crop this photo. Original photo in the workshop. In the main view, my son and brother are in the frame.

Hello Ali,
This photo gained enormously from being cropped. It has become such an incredibly better composition from the tighter view of the woman sitting in her doorway, and it is proof of the quality of the photo that it is still so sharp even after such an enlargement. Cropping is such an important tool that should be used more often. It is interesting to see the original photo, which of course would not have been possible for TE. The other WS is also very nice and colourful.

Hello Ali,
When I travelled through Iran in 1996 I heard of this very picturesque mountain village with its beautiful houses but in the end I didn't go there.
Excellent photo of the lady sitting in the doorway.
The door seems to be very sturdy. Immediately behind this is a staircase leading up.
If I'm not mistaken, she lives in number 215.
