Pleeeeeaaaaase a note!!!!
Well, I must say I like this shot (not the grey framing though).
It has very good vibes! It looks like Baywatch soap opera's trailer with the hansome guy running along the beach :)) There are many elements that I like here: the water details and shine, the clouds ; the overall movement (the tilt doesn't matter here, quite the contrary) ; the great colors of the I do't know what it is (you see...a note would have been useful!).

I sort of agree with Prisley about the gray border. Though i am unsure if any other would do. And yes, please add a note to your photo. It's always nice to read something about the photo. As for cropping out the person on the left...not sure if you can accomplish that without ruining the framing of the kite. I'd be curious to see if rather than cropping the human out, the shot was taken as a portrait rather than landscape...this way, you'd probably get the whole kite in the frame, and get rid of the errant human on the left.

My favorite thing about this shot is the great idea of creating a highly colorful image on what looks like a colorless, mostly overcast day at the beach.
