Photographer's Note
This is a picture of the dead sea, and this is not filter in PS.
The dead sead is the lowest point on earth 400 meters (1,320 feet) below sea level, it is the saltiest and most mineral-laden in the world, it is about half an hour drive from Jerusalem.
The dead sea is the biggest natural spa in the world and it has great and interesting combination of salt, desert and water, that can be very good material for photographers.
This picture was taken on the late afternoon, using (almost as usual) the soft light of the afternoon sun on the road that goes nearby the dead sea shore, because the water in the dead sea are very heavy (because of the salt) sometimes they look like oil, and so I managed to get a great reflection.
I used wide lens to catch this frame and I used custom WB with a blue shirt to give red tones because it neutralized the blue tones (I dont have control on Kalvin in my camera).
I added my custom WB in a WS.
Hope you will like the result, I will upload a frame with normal WB tommorow because it looks different picture.

A very interesting picture with good notes. In my computer I see prevalence of yellow so it appears to me as an old postcard.

This is really amazing, Elroyie, the light that you got here, and the mirrorlike water. The composiiton is really gorgious and I like your notes very much. They can help me with my choices on BW settings. Your yesterday's upload stairway to heaven, had no time to comment on it, so great as well! I love it.

Yes who need PS filters when there is such a fine vantage point offering this crisp natural reflection, Elroyie ... I really enjoy how you managed to avoid a fully symmetrical composition by including the rocks in the foreground, which work great as a device to add depth to your photo. Excellent clarity and a very good setting of color and light, congratulations.

Also, amazing to think that the mountains behind are under the sea level!
Well done!

L'effet ici est surprenant bien que je ne soit pas adepte de fltre rouge je trouve le resultat superbe.
Le reflet donne un parfait fini au cliché.
Bel ensemble agreable bravo

Print it and frame it - A wall hanger, for sure!
BTW, your plover or lapwing is a Spur-winged plover, the same as the one Yitzhak posted.
