I like the fact that a hint of color can still be seen in the wall. Nice shapes and shadows. Nice frame too. Well done!

belle image abstraite qui permet à Mr AVIGUR de figurer en bonne place dans le peloton de plus en plus vivant et nombreux des artistes photographes qui animent cet excellent site !

Simple and beautiful shot. I like how the the shape of the steps is highlighted by the shadows. I also like how the shadow makes the upper edge look a bit rough. Well done, Yitzhak.

Wow! I like your square framing. The shadow of the steps is just great! greta sharpness too; we can see every detail of the steps.

A very artistic shot, Yitzhak. I like how you have framed it with the shadowy top edge and the bottom left corner. The texture and detail of the wall is excellent. Well seen.

This thumbnail just called out to me. Look at me!!!
This is great. Love the play with shadows that enhances the symetry. Contrast is really nice. I wonder about the upper left part of the poto. Is it the wall that is comming down or is it the frame. For me, it disturbes the perfect symerty a bit. Maybe you have allready tried it, but how about croping off the upper "stair" to have a straight line?
Great photo.

similar mood to today's Olli's picture, almost B&W, careful and ascethic composition, clever cropping, interesting work.

Wonderful shadow. Very sharp thus the texture I can almost feel in my hands. Colors are also interesting. The top part is especially intriguing. Very well-seen.

I like how you composed it...
the steps start from the left down corner and end in the right upper corner (doesn't metter if you cropped it to be like that).
You reminded me a version of 'the wall' I have, maybe i'll upload it further on.

Excellent contrast and texture, Yitzhak, and a strong and compelling geometrical pattern. I like the square framing and the fact that the stair is going upward when reading the picture from left to right. The shadows are adding a lot to the overall graphical result.

Very creative shot, well done. It is good to see how something so interesting can be spotted in an everyday thing like an old brick wall,

Nice artistic shot and clean composition. I lke the texture. You succeed in a way to make an excellent picture with and ordinary subject. Well done Yitzhak.

Wow! Great textures and excelent play between light and shadow! also like that you haven't cropped the top because it breakes the geometrical image in an interesting way.

This is fun to look at. The definition of the shot is really good. I also like that we are not certain where the frame ends and the picture begins. Nicely done.

Oh, this pic its wonderful Yitzak. Marvelous composition, very balanced with an exelllent surface of the wall. The black frame its infused with the pic. Just perfect.

Funny effect and well framed. This dislocation, was it intentional or is this due to some settlements in the ground or something? Just a curious builder!
Well done Yitzhak! Sorry, my points just went away!

Quite abstract and great shoot Yitzhak. I think the frame is giving a lot to it. The steps breaking the texture and give it a good balance. After studing it some times I thought that it could be a little rotated, but found that the "horizontal" lines on one half, didn't were parallells to the "horizontal" lines on the other half. Thinks that gives the photo a little more dynamic feeling, without being able to sense why in the first sight. Like that you have choosen to let a small part of a brick be left alone on the next step to the right. So all I have too say: Two points for you Yitzhak!

La texture de la brique est belle avec cette forte dominance de gris foncé .Les marches guide l'oeil avec une bonne diagonale.
C'est un bon cliché bien classé dans ce style qui est l'abstrait.

I think all the attraction comes from the tight framing and strong contrast. Well observed & executed Yitzhak!
I have kind of same wall with such stair somewhere, but not as good ;o) - I will post it to make a "Twin shot" for the Twin-theme by member Gitane/photo...

Nice shot, I like the symetry shown here. The almost black and white look is powerful... Lucky I read the note, I tought those were "weird" steps... Well seen!
