A beautiful photo Figen, the warmth, the association with religion, with God, the feeling of belonging, what better than between mother and child..

controlling the aperture is tricky with this lens, else you run the risk of not having the essential elements in focus..youve done well here, think the dof is between the viewers left page and the mother, funny how tricky that is because the right page is not in focus..love the lens..

I hope you are doing fine! I have not checked your gallery for a long time & missed gem after gem.
What a loving portrait as the mother teaches the daughter from perhaps a Holy book. The light has been masterfully controlled with that fantastic lens of yours! A great lens in the hand of a great photographer performs wonders & here's proof enough!

Dear Figen,

An amazing shot! So natural with great light control. I like the light on the mother and daughter face while concentrating on Qoran! It looks like that the book is radiating some light. Their facial expression is also fantastic. I like BW choice too:)
