This is an old shot of mine (Oct, 2007!)
It's in Istanbul, in the historical centre.
Gülhane park should be behind me and the wall on the left belongs to the Topkapı Palace.

Was in doubts whether to post it or not.
I like the curve made by the street.
And I am more and more inclined to think
that cables don't spoil a picture:
they help organize the space, add depth, perspective
(of course if you know how to use them
and how to minimize the disadvantages).

I think I played much with the colour:
now it's more saturated, the contrast is higher
(I must have used shadows/highlights in ACDSee Pro).
As for the frame — made in Photoshop just before posting.
I am really lazy to make frames,
though they often help to emphasize the advantages of a picture.

The two guys walking in the foreground are my friends, one from Russia (my university-mate), the other is from Turkey.
