Merhaba Hadi,
The red colours make the sea look really angry! I think it's a nice effect and the slow exposure has added a nice softness to the water. I'm not sure I would have composed it this way mind. You probably could have stepped back and zoomed in more, to get more of the red into the photo on the right hand side and a nicer balence between sea and sky, but it's still a lovely photo.
