After the Ice Storm, a photo from Ontario, Central

Photographer's Note

On December 22, 2013 a major ice storm hit Toronto, this is how one of the streets looked like the next day. Trees fell on the power lines, 250,000 homes lost power, and now after one week the power is still not full restored in some part of the city.

Hello Barnabas,

This is a good documentary image of what Toronto is going through. Power will eventually be restored but trees take years to grow back. Hope you are doing well and I wish you a Happy New Year.

Snow, I can deal with but ice just wreaks havoc! It does provide pretty scenery, though. I hope life gets back to normal soon.
