Photographer's Note
Life guard went on to check out on the swimmer who appeared to have been in trouble, while the little pugsy was waiting for him.
All ended up well.

Great use of space Peter. With the low POV over the dog, the swimmer looks miles away. Perfect angle so that we can see the dog is intent on what's happening. Interesting shot.

It looks like a scene from jaws- the dog is cute; he looks a little worried. Nice picture.

Hi Peter,
Very cute and touching. Love the black and white work. I wish the boat or the swimmer was a bit closer, but one still gets the idea. The waves crashing looks so nice. Excellent frame.

beautiful photograph and it looks like it was taken in the 60s or so...
very minimalistic and i love it..
maybe if the swimmers were just a little more prominent, it might have helped. but then again.. not something that was in your hands.
i think it's still a lovely photograph..
take care :)

Hi Peter, what an interesting diagonal is created here by the looks and the frown of the dog and the boat. I like the empty space between them, easily covered by the tension in it.
I like your dark B&W, it looks like a very old shot.
