We had just spend a weekend at Elk Horn resort and decided to take back roads out of Riding Mountain National Park to hopefully come across some wolves. Instead we came across this mother lynx with her cub. Most likely a once in a life time experience!

It is really rare to spot a lynx in the wild !
Here she is just posing for your. Very beautiful animal.
In the wild it is fantastic.
