Photographer's Note
After my winter photograph of a school bus, I decided to try a the same subject in a summer setting.
I took this photo at "Giradin autobus Inc" after a very long discussion with the security guards ;-)
In the WS you can see a bird's eye view of this factory.

Good shot Paul! The colours and patterns here are excellent, and it's nice to see the school buses on TE again - we don't have them over here in England. About the only thing I'm not 100% certain about is the DOF - if you'd gone out to f22 and chosen a hyperfocal point you might have all of the mirrors sharp, of course as you know that's a tradeoff, since you wouldn't get the background separation... I also wonder whether this one would be even better tilted - sorry, I can't believe I even thought that - I'll go and wash my mouth out with soap now ;) Very nicely captured, and thanks for sharing :-D

Very well seen, Paul
The repetition of the mirrors here with the reflections of the front part of the bus is very good
The yellow color is very strong attraction almost like a magnet.
Very good perspective too

the graphic repetation, reminds me of two shots: one by Muhammad hesamian (elihesamian) and other by Henk Jacobs (oochappan). classy!

Hi Paul, that's a great one, and it has got to be one of the most creative shots one could possibly take at this lot. Fine use of multiple repetition and vanishing perspective, and the black & yellow colors are not too shabby either :) Yes a lower aperture would have yielded more details but I actually like how the softness accentuates the vanishing effect here. Definitely worth the negotiating effort with the guards I should say.

Hi Paul, very nice and unusual perspective and a great repetitive composition. I like the dof and the reflections of the busses on the back of the lights. Well done!

It would be better if they hired you to take pictures instead, you know, if you can´t beat them - join them.
A nice line up shot and the use of the mirror is creative. Nice yellow and grey colorscale.
The colorscale reminds me of my time as a off road earthmover sales guy some twenty yeasr ago ;o)

Ooooh, Paul, it's beautiful. It could work out also without, but with the mirrors it is just great. What an endless line of busses and mirrors. And the DOF, with the fucus on the closest mirror is just fantastic. Very well done, great job.

Hello Paul
Bien vu

Salut Paul
i knew this photo had all the makings of a great photo ... your composition is abstract but impeccable
I am very impressed with the way you could think and execute this great shot
hmmm ... the only thing I would have tried differently in this photo would have been to focus maybe on the second mirror with a very shallow DOF .... but this is a fine shot that I have a great respect for as I have hard time taking shooting in the abstract theme
Me very impressed man .... merci pour le partage .... sarju

Salut Paul,

This is just super work, Paul. Certainly one of your best pattern-captures! The depth of field works well here, though I suppose it would be interesting to see how it would look with a deeper one. This is simply delightful!

Salut Paul

Bonne idée, et vraiment une belle photo.

It's so far one of the best of your fotos. It's hard to critic this kind of shot. I like the patern. The reflections of the mirrors give a little more informations and the words "ECOLIERS" tells about the origine. Well done indeed.

What an awesome shot Paul... VERY well spotted. I can't believe how perfectly parallel the buses are parked. A great DOF really adds to the photo, and the reflections in the mirrors are the icing on the cake (I think).
Keep up the great work Paul!

Nice!! The color and texture quality is unbelievable, and the grey and yellow-orange scales such a successful choice. What a great idea to take this POV! I think the mirrors also add a humorous touch!
Great job!
