Photographer's Note

Another shot from our recent road trip through the Canadian Rockies, we were in the Shuswap Lake area en route to Salmon Arm, when we happened to notice a sign for Margaret Falls.

We turned off the highway and drove along for 20 minutes where we finally saw the parking lot to the Provincial Park, just across the road from the shores of Shuswap Lake. As we headed along the trail- this amazing terrain unravelled before us. Sitting amongst these large cliffs, these trees seem to have been bumped over from either side. The paths look to have been recently upgraded and fenced off so as to protect the roots from getting trampled on any more then they have been...
I'll be posting shot of the actual falls soon...

For more images from my recent trip back to Canada, they're available on my travelogue.

All the best,
- Dan
