Photographer's Note
November 5th just after 9 am at the base of Alex Fraser Bridge where the sunshine brought this wonderful morning mist view on the Fraser Bridge. I was working at a warehouse and walked out for a break to see this sight. I love it when the mist enfolds this bridge like this. Capturing mist in the morning is one of my favorite pastimes. Enjoy!

Hi Paul,
Great view over the Alex Fraser Brigde which is partially hiding in the fog! Great lighting, amazing colours and details! I like how there is some blue sky visible in the right hand corner! Excellent work, Paul!

Great shot Paul.
I like the way the FG has been kept under exposed as it hides unnecessary clutter. Good capture.

A nice fog effect that allow to give a great threatening feeling to the picture.
Well done,

Very nice.. I like the color of the illuminated fog & how you've included the dirt road & telephone pole to convey the massive size of the bridge structure. Great pov & perspective.

Hello Paul,
Fabulous atmosphere with this fog. The framing is very good too.
We could think that the bridge is drawn in by the fog ... just like in a science-fiction movie.
Congratulation and TFS,
Regards,
Damien.

Hi Paul,
I love this early morning misty shot of the Alex Fraser Bridge. It sure suggests the early winter season is upon us. Glad you shared this favorite past time. Great work and TFS. Geralc

Hi Paul. It's a good thing you had your camera nearby. The graphism and repetition of the piers supporting the bridge is quite good. And the way the mist gobbles up the bridge in the distance adds some drama and mystery. I wish I had this kind of view where I worked! Good one Paul.

Great shot Paul! The fog on the river gives this a very unusual appearance, as the bridge appears to just disappear into nothing. The fog really shows the pillars or supports very well too. It's lucky you had your camera with you. Nice work!

Hello Paul,
This is one of my two favorites shots of the Alex Fraser Bridge that I've seen from you. The morning glow through the thick fog gives the scene a mystical air. The composition is ideal, as is the resolution of the silhouette of pylons. What is especially beautiful though is the blue peaking through the mist in upper part of the image.
Warm regards,
Bulent

Hi Paul,
Pictures with mist are winners most of the time: The question is be to manage to be at a good spot whent the mist is there, and not too much and not too little just the right amount, excactly as you did with Alex Fraser Bridge.

Wow !!! The place and the pov are excellent, but with such a light and mist, I don't know what word I could use. You were lucky to see and capture. Thanks for posting it.

Hello again Paul
As i'm looking thru your gallery, i'm surprised this shot hasn't gathered more positive critiques.
you also have a few other mist shots that are very good.
living in the area, i don't even know how to get to that specific spot!
its an interesting pov, as i've never seen that bridge from that perspective.
Wonderful photo
Thanks Paul
Craig
