the Metro Police Marine Unit Station opened In 1985 on the water edge of John Quay and today continues the proud 80+ year port history of thousands of rescues.

I like the placement of the life belt. It's balanced with the red of the flag on the right. Good exposure as the snow is nice and white.

Ville sous neige Ziggy,
il y e bien longtemps que je n'ai pas vu cela en Belgique. Le ciel plus souvent bleu que chez nous aussi, j'嶰hangerais bien vos consditions contr les n矌res si le fuel n'彋ait pas aussi cher.
J'aime beaucoup cette vue urbano-industrielle.

I've never been down to the Toronto waterfront in the winter, so this is an interesting view. What immediately strikes me is that there are no people, but when you see all the snow and ice I guess that explains why! Nice use of the converging lines to really draw us into this shot. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Ziggy,
The freshly clear path in the snow provides wonderful depth as it leads past the lake towards the city. The blue sky and green building make a lovely color contrast to the newly fallen snow.
