Photographer's Note

Jastarnia Harbour- Built in the years 1926-1931, it was the firs and entirely Polish marine investment project in the Second Republic of Polish. Reconstructed after Word War Two, it functions as a fishing base, a training center of sailors and passenger marina. The center of the Hel Peninsula, healt resort teaming with life and colours featuring modern hotels and guesthouses, throngs of tourist, music coming from everyware, and unusual atmosphere of fishing villages noticeable everyware, with boats and fishing boats mooring at harbours and marinas, fishing nets getting dry in farmyards and on the beaches, ubiquitous smell of smoked fish. Can one see and feel all these things in one place? Yes. There is no other place on the Polish coast, where tradition and carefully fostered Kshubian culture merge with modernity and thinking about the future. We are in the municipal community of Jastarnia, which includes three localities, i.e. seaside resort of Jurata, former fishing village of Kuźnica, and the community center - Jastarnia.

piękna nadmorska scena.Znakomicie uchwyciłes tą zmieniajacą sie aure i nadciagajacą burzę.Wyglada bardzo widowiskowo.Poza tym bardzo podoba mi się efekt graficzny jaki tutaj osiagnąłes.Waglada jak HDR,z pięknie nasyconymi kolorami i znakomitym odwzorowaniem detali.

Great image here. The colors are so vivid but stil perfectly exposed! Maybe the left part looks a bit too dark, not sure if from post processing or due to the heavy clouds approaching though. The composition showing the boats in front and the rich blue and stormy sky at the same time work perfect! Thanks for sharing!

a lovely seascape composition with a nice reflection of the colourful boats and the sky, a nice light before the storm and nice colours, well contrasted.
strange mood, as worrying (of something happening) as quite.
moreover, the colours of the boats may makes think to a Mediterranean place, not in Poland or north Europa.

niez造 widoczek, 鈍iat這 takie 瞠 a� trudno uwierzyc 瞠 to u nas, bardziej przypomina mi to jakie� ciep貫 klimaty, mo瞠 z Francji, ale 堯deczki na pierwszym planie bomba i na 100% to nie Francja - hahaha...

kompozycja - dobra, suber kolory, 豉dne biele 鈍ietnie dobrana ekspozycja no i oczywi軼ie technicznie nienaganne!

Cześć grzegorz, niesamowity nastr鎩 i korory uzyskałes na tym zdjęciu. Podobaja mi sie te ł鏚ki w takim dziwnym szeregu, bardzo ciekawe niebo, pomost dodaje głębi. Znakomite zdjecie. Ostrośc powalająca. Te miejscowości na Helu to nie dla mnie. Ja lubie spacery a tam tylko dwa kierunki. Ale może nie mam racji, wyglada bardzo zachęcająco.

we can see the contrast between the storm clouds at the left side and the white clouds on the blue sky at the right one, with a graphical fantastic effect.
But the beauty of the port, its perspective, the graphism of the boats, and specially, the quality of light and of colors, they create a really attractive composition.

Another beautiful presentation, where the colours play a primal role. While the blue takes over the scene, in the sky and on the water, nice accents of red, yellow and green come into action to punctuate the image.

Excellent point of view for a wide perspective.
