Photographer's Note

Pure cow milk is boiling in a huge pot (Kadai) for people𠏋 delight. Also there is arrangement of North Indian preparation of tea (Hindustani Kadak Chai).
It is made with tea leaves through massive boil among huge milk, added sugar & cardamom seeds.

There are a number of North Indians residents (People from Rajasthan, Uttar-Pradesh, Bihar & Punjab) in North Kolkata area (Sobhabazar, Burrabazar, Ahiritola etc). The people of Kolkata population adopt a variety of food habit.

It has quite some potential this shot in colormood and subject, missing sharpening on your main subject and maybe a tiny colorbalance, but all is there, try to look for differant POV's and framings too to avoid the static centering in favor of dynamisme.

I like this shot for what you show us. Nonetheless my eyes have trouble finding your focus point as the picture is kinda of blurry.
I think your picture would have benefited from a little more perspective. You could have tried placing your eye slightly higher.
I hope you don't find me rude. It is by receiving "constructive criticism" that we will all become better than we are now, should we accept them.

what I personally feel- a little more perspective will not be wise decision, because � Then the flame will lose its importance against the milk.

I like the angle of view which you have used here, it enhances the pot so well. Nice use of the available ambient light which gives a good warmth to the shot. The man is well framed between the doorway. Well done!

Sambit, The picture brings out the essence of Kolkata and its awesome. However, from the technical aspects it lacks sharpness. Ambiance is great yet the sharpness takes some away. Mood is good and I like the smoke coming out of milk.
