Teatro Bibiena
In Accademia 47. The Academy's "Academic Theater", Antonio Bibiena's masterpiece (1697-1774), was inaugurated on December 3, 1769. A few weeks later, on January 16, 1770, he hosted a young Mozart concert, not yet fourteen. The austere neoclassical fa蓷de, the work of Piermarini, seems to conceal the imaginative late-baroque expression of the theater that so enthusiastically aroused in Mozart's father. In the same building is the National Virgilian Academy founded in 1768.

Hi Silvio,

The length of the alley is giving depth to the composition. The point of view is showing the details of the architectur eof the interior of the theater. The surrounding light has a good effect on the colors. Have a nice day.

This looks so cool on the eye showing us just how beautiful this interior is and the intricate detail appeals most to me - it screams quality! Love the perspective, the pleasant exposure, feel of space and the way the image flows so smoothly into the whole depth with all the repeat verticals and diagonals offset by the wonderful soft warm light. As always people presence is vital giving lots of value. Thnks to your painstaking camera work in producing a great interior shot and you've done this proud. Congrats

I𠍿 not a great admirer of Baroque architecture, but your beautiful picture shows an attractive exception with this theatre with a rich history. The people in the theatre hall are a nice bonus for the composition.

splendid interior and perfectly well exposed picture. I have visited recently a great theater in Lviv, listening to an opera in Italian :) but I didn't manage any satisfactory shot. This is of fantastic quality here!
