Larry,
This is a great shot of this fine covered bridge and mill. The jet trails in the sky create nice lines through the shot. The lighting and colors are great with nice play of sun and shadow. The photo has nice balance and great sharpness.

This is a superb composition , showing us these two interesting red buildings . The exposure is well managed (it mast not be so easy , with the shady parts) , and the sky is really splendid .

Hi Larry

I see you're using my favourite lens on my favourite camera. What great results you've achieved. The perspective of the wide-angle really takes this shot out of the "really good" and into the "superb". I love the strong colours, the sharpness and diagonal lines are really attractive to the eye. Excellent shot, congratulations and I wish you a very happy new year.

Very well considered composition. a passer-by is also well put to show the scale of the bridge.
I've wondered long why there are covered bridges. i learnt the roof and enclosed sides of covered bridges are for protecting the structural elements.
