Photographer's Note
On the left is the ranger station on South Manitou Island as seen from the ferry heading over to the island. The building was built in 1901 by the U.S. Coast Guard and has now been converted into the island's Ranger Station. On the far right it the life-saving boathouse.
It was raining the entiere ferry ride over (about an hour and a half), but the sun was just starting to come out as we arrived onto shore. Since there are no places to eat on the island, most visitors pack lunch and eat at the station before exploring the island.

Nice shot Amber! The clouds are interesting, but what really makes this scene are the reflections IMO.
Looks like tricky lighting, and you've done well to capture such a range of brightness correctly - unfortunately there are slight haloes forming around the trees against the sky, I'm guessing you used Shadow/Highlight (particularly Highlight)? If so, might be worth experimenting with the advanced options - particularly radius. For more info see: [1], [2], [3]
I find myself wondering whether a vertical composition would have worked better here, as you wouldn't have had to crop the tree reflections, but it's good as it is!
Well captured :D
