Larry, this is a good shot but to me it doesn't have the powerful effect the previous close up of the window did. I think this may even be a more difficult one to get correct exposure on since you are looking a light through dark. Anyway it is a fine capture and technically very well accomplished. BTW, is this the Dorothy that started off in Kansas? Just kidding...

Another fine look at Dorothy's Barn.
Love your POV catching alot of the vivid blue sky through the old roof.
The sky contrast strikingly with the old bare walls of this richly textured barn.

You must be looking at things the micro way when you capture this abstract of the walls to this wooden building by showing the light+shadow and texture of the wood.

A good inclusion of the corner blue sky. Nice work.

Hi Larry,
Interesting addition to your series. Strong diagonals and clear surfaces of blue, grey and black make this almost abstract. Lots of sky showing trough the roof give idea of this barn coming closer to the end of it's days.

Hello Larry,
Beautiful graphical effect of the vertical and diagonal lines of the boards. Very nice with the boards in the sunlight and the dark shapes of those in the shadow and the blue sky shining through the gaps.
Also the details in the wood are very sharp presented (the board right of the window).
Did Dorothy ever think her barn was going to be a success on internet ?

Hello Larry,

I notice the interesting see-through effect in the roof!
This is a well working bold point of view that adds fine dynamic lines to the composition, and the lack of paint on the walls tells the story of times gone by...
