I'm new to TE and I'm here to learn how to improve the quality of my photographs and to participate in critiques. This photo was taken using my Canon Rebel camera (6 megapixels). The name of this little town is Ervin (situated on the Mohawk Trail) in Massachusetts, USA, and the photo was taken about 4:00 pm.

Hej Josue!
Being humble is a good feature.
First of all - fantastic place and colours of fall.
And about the picture itself. Yes - here the POV (point of view) should be changed. The grey-green bushes in front of the house are disturbing - really. Maybe you should come nearer to the house, avoid this cross (?) and make a picture of a good coloured house with surrounding stunning trees.
Good start, for sure keep posting!

Welcome to TE.
Beautiful autumnal colours with a real variety of colours. The red maple is stunning.
The house looks interesting and is hidden by the not so interesting greenery.
The power lines detract.
I would have changed my point of view a bit to get the colour and the house.
With a bit of tweaking-a good shot.

Hi Josue,
Welcome to TE!
Nice beginning with these beautiful colours. As others have already said, the point of view could be better if you had showed the house a little more.
But I understood your situation, being in a busy road (I read your answers to critiques).
It was nice of David to do a workshop, but I think he enhanced too much sharpness and contrast and some trees' branches were visibly altered in cloning tool application.

Hello Josue and Welcome on TE!
You have some strong colours on your picture, which is something appealing.
One thing to be improved: try to avoid electric lines because they are not always easy to remove in post-treatment.
Sometimes, you just need to move a few meters away or to bend your knees to manage a better picture.
