Photographer's Note
Took this photograph while walking back to my hotel at 2am(The building there is the state capital of Texas). Thats when the clubs end their live music shows and restaurants open up. At this hour you generally see people do their high-walk with great enthusiasm. And newly introduced fancy-rickshaw ride taking even more drunk people for a ride. The city that sleeps by daylight..A paradise for the party-animals out there!
