Photographer's Note
Saw this interesting bunch of mailboxes on the side of the road and decided to take their portrait. There are a lot of these "groups" of mailboxes on these country roads.

Hi Stephen,
This is quite strange, because I don't see any houses on that side of the road. But it is a good shot and I'm still curious.

Did somebody remember that he forgot to check the mail and had to break then and there? :) A funny combination. Driving across the East Coast, sometimes in rural areas, I found those mailboxes fascinating - they each have something unique about them, and with the houses sometimes far in the back, they look like an artwork decorating the work... Well, the tourist point of view...

Ha, a funny one indeed, sometimes you can find these details just in the streets !
Nice shot, Stephen !

Hi Stephen - I've seen scenes like this quite a few times while traveling the U.S., but did I ever think to take a photo of them? No ... I like the diagonal perspective in this, and the pattern of the mailboxes that is incongruous and regular at the same time. You really need to tone down your usage of the clarify tool though :-) Very nice, this one goes into my "Americana" theme.
