Photographer's Note
This is the 8th post of my Halloween in Hollywood Series.
This is a cartoon character Jessica, Roger Rabbit's sexy wife in the 1988 movie "Who Framed Roger Rabbit".
This costume was very well designed and her make up was professional. The attitude of the person who played the character emulated the cartoon character well also. I tried to ask her to rotate the rabbit facing towards my lens. Like the attitude of the character in the movie, she gave me this look as shown in this picture without any other response. Oh yeah, I guess "she" is a man.
To make the cartoon effect, there are lights inside the dress and there are shining particles on her make-up, which made an impressive cartoon effect.
Note after posting: as suggested by Steve (singuanti), I made a floor and background clean up. The cleaned up version is posted in WS. Thanks to his critiques and suggestions.
PPS: As suggested by Emile, please leave your vote in your comment/critiques. If you prefer to vote only without comments:
Vote for "her" by selecting "useful" to "singuanti"'s critiques (1st comment).
Vote for "him" by selecting "useful" to "Emile"'s critiques (2nd comment).

Hi Mr. Wes. The costume was very effective at recreating the feel of the cartoon and you did a good job of capturing it. I might have cloned some of the stuff out of the floor just to keep the visuals cleaner. At first I thought that was a man but I'm still not so sure! Another nice catch Wes.

Hola Wes.
The costume is very colorful, again his face make-up was very well done, "he" looks like "her" but is "he",,jajajaaj you shoud make a contest to see how many of the TE friends say "he " or "her". lol.
Well done.

DEFINITELY a MAN!!!!
1 a woman wouldn't be seen dead with sweat under her arms
2 look at the arm muscles
3 women don't paint their makeup on with a trowel.
Well done yet again you had a good trawl that night

Hi Wes,
This is really a "Macho" Roger Rabbit and a fine picture at this nice Serie. If it's a woman is sincereally not my type but a muscled rabbit ohhh... my vote for Emile ;-))) and also for you for this night job ;-)))))
Interesting, different and funny. Congratulations and best regards.
Thanks for sharing this funny Serie.

Hi Wes,
So funny! The costume and caracterization are very good. I think that "she" is "he". "She" has a male face. My vote is also for Emile.
Very good job!

Hi Wes,
I don't know. Maybe, Rabbit, run (1960), Rabbit redux (1971), Rabbit is rich (1981; or Rabbit at rest (1990). Great and funny (bunny) picture.

Good fun series. People really seem to go to town for this event. Good PoV to catch Jessica, though there's a rather more well known one.

Bonsoir Wes,

Hi Wes
I can see a strong resemblance. Well managed lighting, with good graphism & sharpness. Shame Roger couldn't make an appearance.

Hi Wes,
An interesting and thought provoking shot with a touch of humour. I like it. The colours and clarity are superb with the very good lighting control. This is one area I always find it difficult, the use of flash. Very impressive!! Best regards.

Quite vulgar and sad image... he of course:-(
Chaotic unorganized composition nicely ads to the face expression.
BLR (2) 2007-11-05 16:32
Oh that Jessica Rabbit. :D
I loved this movie as a kid... still do! Quite the shot Wes, very glitzy and the character you caught here is rather interesting. :)
His face has quite a bit of attitude! A wonderful Halloween shot, tfs.
Biance.
