Ouray is tucked away in the Rocky Mountains away from the ski resorts - they go in for other winter activities in Ouray. It has quite a few grand old buildings like this beautiful, if a little battered, 1888 courthouse. Wherever you look there are mountains as a backdrop. One interesting feature, if you look closely at this photo, is the dirt side streets- only the main street is sealed.

Hello Ian,
I found this lovely photo with no critiques. It's a beautiful scene. The courthouse has a lot of charm, and the mountains in the background are amazing. I like that the courthouse has a stone with the date on the facade, too. I can feel the small-town atmosphere in this photo. Changing topics, I know the fires in Australia are still raging. I hope you and your loved ones are safe. May the horrible situation come to an end very soon...
