Hello Len,

Old trains billowing smoke and steam are some of my favorite shots on Trekearth, and you've captured one of the best. The old locomotive is seen as sharp as obsidian glass, while the steam makes a blur of everything else. In B&W this image would be just as attractive, but conveying a timelessness.

What a most impressive shot i've seen these days . Very dynamic , no doubt . But the composition is great and rich , of elements , colors ... and smoke .

Impressive shot of an old steam locomotive and water tower. The locomotive is full of details and smoke and steam frames it nicely. Vibrant colours too.

Steam is wonderful indeed! by far the better than the diesel. it seems the crew serves much smoke and steam for you.
