Photographer's Note

An old film shot of San Francisco Bay in 2008. Taken with Fuji 200 iso film. I have blurred most of the sky added density using levels & a little saturation then sharpened 20%. Also made sure the bridge pylon was vertical. The original had a slight lean. Shot in late November.

Never get tired of seeing this great monument. Beautiful view with the light hitting the bridge enhancing the colors.The yellow water taxi is a nice addition. The blue water makes a nice color contrast.

I like the views of this iconic bridge. What I particularly like about your shot is the shadow which assists the leads into the distance. The speeding boat produces another lead with a completely different orientaion. An interesting shot to scrutinise.

one of my favourite places and never been with weather clear enough to get a shot like this! Striking colours and light that cast a magical shadow across the bay. Excellent transition into digital - has not lost any of its appeal and impact.

The length of the bridge is giving depth to the composition. The point of view is showing the details and colors of the architecture of the Golden gate bridge. The good luminosity is enhancing the colors. Have a nice day.

I loved the title of your photo. Nice colors too! The point of view was well chosen. I would suggest use clone to remove the part of the boat on the left side.

This was obviously a scan from a negative, but the quality is excellent. Beautiful strong colours and contrasts, I particularly like how the blues of the sea and sky contrast with the warm light. Nice work and I wish you a lovely day.

Its not the best in terms of overall quality, but its the scene itself that i enjoy so much.
It brings back so many positive memories from my trip to SF less than 1 year ago.
I like the shadow of the bridge in the water, and it's really cool to see the Curve aswell, indicating that the bridge deck is not flat and linear.

Great POV and framing and i love the effect of the shadowline of the bridge on the composition. Personaly i found the saturation a bit to much and i miss some sharpness. I think 2 things easy to correct with simple PP.
